Recently I picked up a floral maxi that I simply adore!! I think it's one of those things that you can just throw on and automatically look chic, especially with some cute flats or sandals. I really love the light color and vintage rose design on Rosie's maxi dress especially paired with those nude flats! She looks so chic yet effortless!

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley: Transformers Press Tour

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has been racking up her frequent flyer miles worldwide on the  press tour for the Transformers trilogy: Dark of the Moon. This is the first film for the model turned actress. She is following the likes of Halle Berry, Rebecca Romijn, and Cameron Diaz hoping to achieve the same success as her fellow models. 


No matter her acting ability though, she has maintained her titles as no.1 on both Maxim's Hot 100 List and FHM's World's Sexiest Woman as seen through her choice of dress on the this press tour. Rosie opts for form fitting gowns and pants to accentuate her teeny tiny waist. Her fashion is conservative with a twist. Though she may be very covered, she adds slits or backless shirts to show off other parts of the body and give it some flair. I absolutely love her fashion, its extremely elegant.

 The simplest of outfits can sometimes be the chicest and most sophisticated. Rosie is sporting a very casual look with army green skinnies, a knit creme sweater, some nude flats, a black wide brimmed fedora, and a chocolate leather duffel. This outfit is neutral from head-to-toe and for some reason it really works because the colors aren't pasty enough to wash her out. I love the hat first off. If it wasn't for the hat, her outfit would actually be quite plain and boring, so props Rosie! Love the fedora!

This look is also super easy to recreate! Here's my idea of the look on a more reasonable level:

Rosie's jeans are by Jet Jeans, which you can get from singer22  for around $150 but, I'd rather stick with these: UO, GAP, F21 .....not to mention H&M (I wish they had a shopping site)

This is probably hands down my all time favorite editorial. Ever. Well not only because I have a girl-crush on Rosie Huntington-Whiteley at the moment, but mainly because this shoot is just perfection. The lighting is perfect, the styling is perfect, and the compositions itself are perfect. I really love Rosie here with dark hair! I think it really adds more to the shots and gives it more mystery and depth. And the location is AMAZING! Everything just fits so well with each-other and it looks so beautiful and natural. I guess I'm a sucker for these sunny, flowery, country-side editorials, because they are so much more natural and traditional than much of the editorials from this year. Bravo Nico! Bravo!

The gowns from this night completely surpassed any red-carpet event so far this year in my opinion! Absolutely adored Christina Ricci's lacy, curve-hugging mermaid style gown! Oh and Isabel Lucas.....she looks stunning in that Louis Vuitton peach colored pleated dress. The head-piece totally makes the look even better and super boho- as she very often goes for!

Model Crush: Rosie Huntington-Whiteley

 

 

If I could have any face in the world, it would probably be her's. She is by far one of my favorite victoria's secret models and street style fashionistas. Every time she is spotted on or off the runway, she just looks absolutely stunning and stylish! She gets my model crush of the moment award!!! Love you Rosie!
