Where to Shop: Planet Blue

Planet Blue is one of my favorite stores in LA. I love the store on Beverly Dr in Beverly Hills as well as the one at the Malibu Country Mart in Malibu. There you can find amazing designers such as Elizabeth and James, Mara Hoffman, Rebecca Taylor, Ella Moss, Foley+Corinna, Wildfox and many more. All pieces, from tees to accessories represent the California style and they scream for summer.

Celebrities seem to know all about it, that's why they shop often at Planet Blue. I could say that some of my favorite celebrities, such as Ashley Tisdale and Vanessa Hudgens, shop exclusively there, especially at the store in Malibu. They shop their bathing suits, sandals, tees, dresses and accessories. Enjoy some paparazzi photos of them after shopping at Planet Blue!

Clog Clog!

Although clogs were officially associated with Scandinavian milk maids and nurses (the white ones), last spring they evolved and made a major comeback, that noone can deny. They actually are very popular among designers; from Chanel and Louis Vuitton to Dolce & Gabbana and Miu Miu. Clogs are a huge trend for Spring/Summer 2011 too; from wooden clogs to leather and suede. They can be easily worn with dresses (especially floral like Stephanie Pratt), denim shorts as well as jeans (skinny or flare) and leggings. Many of you might believe that clogs aren't glam or fashionable, but if you take a look at celebrities wearing them, i think you are going to change your mind. So sit back and enjoy!

The new Trend : Skinny Flare Jeans

While skinny jeans continue to be in, there is a newer and bigger trend for this Spring; skinny flare jeans. They are skinny through the hips and thighs and looser below the knees. They are very flattening on any body type and they can make your butt look really hot. The key is to wear these jeans with sky-high heels, platform sandals, wedges or clogs. As a top prefer loose sweaters, shirts or feminine blouses.

Celebrities (with Rachel Zoe being the first one) seem to be loving the trend already as they are spotted wearing the jeans everywhere. Enjoy the pics and do me a favor; buy yourself a great pair of skinny flare jeans!
