Cropped tops have been around for a long time, but now they're becoming extremely popular and fresh again. This summer in particular, it's the perfect time to just throw on some jean cutoff shorts, a cute bathing suit and a cropped top. It kinda depresses me though because I know I can't pull it off, but they're just so damn cute.
