Sneaky Ways to Get Tight Abs

I know exactly how it feels to get that sudden dream of wanting to fit in that size 4 dress or look absolutely amazing in a bikini at the beach, but I always used to have a hard time starting. Going to the gym can be annoying and dieting is just horrendous , but if you really set your mind to a goal and stop thinking about all the negatives (i won't be able to have chocolate pudding!!), you will slowly get that hot body you've been dreaming about. However, not many people have a lot of time on their hands to work out ( I know how it is-work/school/boyfriend/yada yada). But, I found a few sneaky ways to get that flat tummy without trying so hard. To get a flat tummy you can be at work, driving your car, walking your dog, working out, or in bed!
try these!

While working out:
On the elliptical or treadmill, keep your back straight, head forward and abs tight. Perfect Posture will target your tummy as you sizzle calories.
When you're in the car:
Tighten and release abs repeatedly at red lights. It's the ab equivalent of Kegels: a little move that yields results almost without your noticing.
When you're at your desk:
Give belly pooch the pink slip with pilates breathing: Gently suck in your gut as if you were buttoning a pair of tight jeans. Then breathe without allowing your abs to relax. Do this for 30 seconds. Repeat five times.
When you're walking your dog:
Brace against leash tugging and banish your belly: Keeping torso upright with shoulders back, engage abs for five strides; relax them for five strides. Repeat until you're back at your front door! BOW WOW ABS!
When you're in bed:
Count on compliments, not sheep, with this mattress move: Place palms right below belly button. Exhale and allow stomach to expand. Then inhale, pulling belly towards spine, drawing abdomen toward the box spring. Hold for 10 seconds and repeat 4 times!
