Hey Girls! I bet you're wondering how those models, celebs, and makeup artists apply red lipstick...so you've come to the right place. It's really not that hard and very affordable! The first thing you have to do is pick a shade..do you want a light red? a cherry red? a deep plum red? or just a tint of red? Once you've got your shade, pick a lipliner and matching lipstick. Lipliner is key! Apply a chapstick/ exfoliate your lips if necessary then..line your entire lip, filling the whole thing in. Make sure you don't go out of the lines (that's where coloring comes into play as a kid) and if you do, use some makeup remover on a q-tip to get rid of it. The next thing you have to do is apply your lip color and finally if you really want, you can add just a clear gloss, but if you're really going for a matte look, it's not necessary.
