Avocado face mask

Hey everyone! Now, if you haven't seen my post on how to get baby smooth skin or if you did and you don't have the ingredients on hand, you might want to give this a try too. This doesn't necissarily give you baby smooth skin, but it hydrates extremely dry skin. Avocados are fruits that are composed of good fats. These good fats are not only good for increasing your good cholesterol, but they also increase the collagen in the skin, protect the skin from free radicals, improve the skin tone & texture, reduce skin inflamation, as well as borderline moisturize your face. For those of you who have oily skin, I do not recommend this specific mask because it does leave your skin enriched with the natural oils from the Avocado and I'm guessing you don't want that. However I will post a mask for oil skin people, so don't worry!!
Directions: Beat the yolk of an egg until it is light and frothy, then add the mashed pulp of a half avocado, blending it well (you may use a blender at this point). Cleanse your face thoroughly before using this masque (or any masque). Spread the avocado mixture over the face and neck evenly; relax on a slant board or bed for about 20 minutes. Remove with clear tepid water and a face cloth, followed by a rinse of cold water or a mild skin lotion. The result should be a marked improvement in skin texture, and all-around revitalizing. Hope this helps xoxo, Shaina
**if you have severe dry skin try even adding a teaspoon of olive oil
