Mermaid Fantasy

Hope everyone's summer is going well! I know that I really don't like wearing much makeup in the summer, but sometimes a nice pop of color looks really fresh and cute. I LOVE dulcecandy87!! She is a beauty guru on youtube and she has a blog where she posts her cute little outfits. In this video she does a teal/seafoam blue color on her lids and it looks absolutely gorgeous. It's a great summer look and I hope she does more colorful tutorials like this. Let me know what you think! I think it's fab! xoxo, Shaina
